Tasting Notes
“A blend of equal parts Syrah—matured in large barrels—and Grenache Noir, the 2023 Vinsobres Les Cornuds is crafted from vines rooted at 400 meters in altitude. It opens with a perfumed, fresh bouquet of dark berries, mulberries and flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, tensile and lively, it’s built around bright acids and good depth at the core, concluding with a long, fruity finish. This is a compelling effort.”
