Description
Les Forts de Latour is the second wine of the renowned Château Latour estate. It reflects the same attention to detail, depth, and structure that define the Grand Vin.
The grapes are sourced from carefully selected plots within the Pauillac appellation, including some parcels that are occasionally used for the estate’s top wine. The bouquet reveals aromas of blackberries, red berries, cedar, tobacco, and well-integrated spice.

“The 2015 Les Forts de Latour has a lovely nose, with very pure black cherry, raspberry, violet and light cassis scents unfolding with every swirl. The palate is medium-bodied with plush tannins and a velvety smooth texture but the acidity keeps this poised. It has impressive precision and judicious spiciness on the finish. This is a sophisticated and enticing Pauillac.”
