Deeply flavourful, with natural sour notes.
Perfect with blue cheeses such as Colston Bassett Stilton.
Ingredients: Spelt Flour, Dark Rye Flour, Sourdough, Buttermilk (Milk), Malted Rye, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Whole Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Malted Barley Flour.
