With sourdough slowly fermented for four days.
Deeply flavourful, with natural sour notes. Perfect with soft cheeses such as Brie de Meaux.
Ingredients: Spelt Flour, Sourdough, Buttermilk (Milk), Stoneground Wholemeal Flour (Wheat), Spelt Flakes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Whole Milk Powder, Sea Salt.
