Classed in the Côtes de Provence appellation, Château de Roquefort first came to prominence for its silky-textured red cuvées bursting with fruit. Today, the estate produces a whole range of top-quality wines with organic certification. And their creator, Raymonde de Villeneuve, knows how to combine innovation with quality and respect for the environment.
The average age of the vines in this 24 ha of vineyards is forty years and it features many traditional Provencal varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault for the reds and Clairette, Rolle and Ugni for the whites. The strength of this domain lies in its unique microclimate: the tides breathe life into the vineyard and its altitude brings cool nights, meaning grapes ripen slowly and Roquefort wines later retain a remarkable aromatic complexity.
Le Bon Vivant Rose is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache e Carignan.
Vinification: Cold clarification and natural fermentation between 64 and 73°F. Gravitational work in the cellar as often as possible. Maturation: Inox and cement vats.
Clear and shinny pink. Energetic nose and juicy tasting with a lot of freshness. A very easy to drink Rosé
