Le Drean biscuit company has always been based in Brittany, in the Morbihan department; the quality of their biscuits is recognized by the leading names in luxury fine food retail, whom they have been supplying on a bespoke basis since the 1970s.

Ingredients: wheat flour, churned butter 20%, goat cheese 10% (goat milk, salt, lactic cultures and ripening cultures), fresh whole egg, sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, wheat starch), powdered Provence thyme 0.8%, grey pepper. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame.
