Concocted in France, these extra small and crisp baby gherkins are pasteurized in a brine of vinegar, pearl onions, tarragon and spices for a zesty, small pickle. These pair beautifully with our selection of pâtés, rillettes and foie gras, on a platter or in a sandwich! Delicious too finely sliced in a potato salad with tuna.
