Our albacore tuna is carefully crumbled to obtain small irregular pieces. In this way, the extra virgin olive oil can be absorbed by the flesh. Prepared in this way, it has a richer, fuller flavour.
Albacore (Germon) tuna (55%), extra-virgin olive oil (44%), salt.
