L’atelier du Poissonnier (‘the Fishmonger Workshop) is a young company created on April 1st, 2010, located in Agon-Coutainville, a small seaside resort of La Manche.
It is a gastronomic and human adventure that revisits traditional recipes seeking innovation through harmonious and original flavours.
All products are 100% natural are handcrafted (artisanal), preservative-free and without thickener.
Sea bream is a large, rounded sea fish with shiny scales, renowned for its fine flesh.
The freshness and acidity of lime, the peppery note of ginger subtly enhance the sweetness of pink shrimp and sea bream.
Ingredients: cream, bream fillets 19%, white fish fillets (pout, haddock or hake), shrimp 16%, butter, ginger 2%, lime juice 1%, lemon concentrate, parsley, salt, gelling agent ( agar-agar). Possible traces of edges.
