L’atelier du Poissonnier (‘the Fishmonger Workshop) is a young company created on April 1st, 2010,  located in Agon-Coutainville, a small seaside resort of La Manche. It is a gastronomic and human adventure that revisits traditional recipes seeking innovation through harmonious and original flavours. All products are 100% natural are handcrafted (artisanal), preservative-free and without thickener.
