L’atelier du Poissonnier (‘the Fishmonger Workshop) is a young company created on April 1st, 2010,  located in Agon-Coutainville, a small seaside resort of La Manche.

It is a gastronomic and human adventure that revisits traditional recipes seeking innovation through harmonious and original flavours.

All products are 100% natural are handcrafted (artisanal), preservative-free and without thickener.

This small fish, caught since antiquity, is renowned for its tasty flesh rich in omega 3. The sweetness of candied tomatoes associated with the irresistible scent of basil and the finesse of sardines evoke “the flavors of the sun”.
Ingredients: sardine fillets 50%, cream, candied tomato (semi-dried tomato 80%, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, oregano, marjoram, parsley) 11%, basil 2%, salt, gelling agent (agar-agar). Possible traces of edges.
