The anchovies of Collioure are a long story for the Roque family. In 1870, Alphonse Roque settled in Collioure as a barrel-maker. In 1922, his son Léon Roque founded the family business and, in 1969, created the company Roque for his children, Renée and Guy. Today, still located in Collioure, Guy Roque and his children continue the tradition with a constant know-how.

The company Anchois Roque offers several products including, canned fish, anchovies, sea salt, olives, honey, jams/tapenades and regional specialties of Collioure within the Pyrénées-Orientales. In addition Roque offers several regional wines including Muscat de Rivesaltes,  Maury and Banyuls.
