With sourdough slowly fermented for four days.
Deeply flavourful, with natural sour notes. Perfect with hard cheeses such as Comté.
Ingredients: Spelt Flour, Sourdough, Buttermilk (Milk), Stoneground Wholemeal Flour (Wheat), Cornmeal Corn Flour, Corn Germ Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Ground Black Pepper.
