Tasting Notes

A benchmark for balanced chocolates since 1988, Caraïbe comes from a complex blend of aromatic profiles of cocoas typical of the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Jamaica and Togo to achieve this unique taste. Caraïbe is so named because it pays homage to the diversity of the Caribbean islands, whose beans inspired its creation.
The notes of chocolate and dried Caribbean fruits are in perfect harmony with the taste of grilled and delicately roasted hazelnuts.
