Our tender sardines are combined with the subtle flavours of the famous Muscadet white wine for a superb marriage between the Loire and the Ocean. For extra lightness, this recipe does not contain any oil : the Muscadet brings its fresh, mineral character to a rich, fragrant marinade, flavoured with carrots, gherkins, spices and lemon.

Ingredients : Sardines (73%), water, spirit vinegar, Muscadet (6.2%) (sulphites), aromatic flavourings (4%) (lemon, carrot, gherkin (sulphites)), salt, spices.
