Description
Guilhem Grosperrin heads this family run house today. All of their cognacs are produced under the strictest of control – and Le Roch cognacs are created from grapes that come from both the Petite and Grande Champagne areas. And whilst the company does, of course, embrace modern technology in the creation of their wares, traditional methods is what it is all about. Grosperrin is convinced that others share his passion of providing cognacs to the public that are virtually direct from the grower, as opposed to always purchasing from the larger trading houses.
Tasting Notes
Golden yellow colour. The aromas of vanilla, fresh fruit and white pepper show the age of this Cognac, a nice balance between wood and fruit. The palate is mineral, supple, with notes of fresh fruit, fresh vanilla and soft spices.
